Director / Founder
Sam
Sam is the founding director of Loyalty Accounting Solutions. He is an experienced CPA with over 18 years of experience in Australia. Sam has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working in senior finance roles in professional services, IT, manufacturing and facilities management industries. He has worked in both financial and management accounting sectors, liaising with big 4 audit firms on preparation of financial statements and tax and also worked closely with director boards acting as their finance business partner. He founded Loyalty Accounting Solutions to bring that experience and knowledge to small and medium size businesses in Australia. Sam has helped a lot of clients with managing their businesses better while scaling up and keeping up with all compliances.
Shehani

Shehani
Shehani is an experienced financial professional with a lot of years of experience with PwC Sri Lanka and other BPO companies working with Australian clients. She also has a bachelor’s degree in applied accounting and also part qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka. Shehani is the team manager looking after a large portfolio of clients.

Chamika has over 20 years’ experience in the accounting sector including working in Ernst and Young, Sri Lanka. Chamika has completed a master’s degree in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in science. She is also part qualified in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Chamika brings a wealth of experience and qualifications to our team. As a team manager, Chamika is responsible for looking after an impressive portfolio of clients.

Danushi is a graduate and a member of CIMA UK and CGMA UK. She has worked with various BPO companies in Sri Lanka working for Australian clients. Danushi is a team leader currently looking after the finance functions for one of our larger clients.

Lakmal
Lakmal has over 20 years of experience in the accounting sector. He has a bachelor’s degree in law and a bachelor's degree in business administration. Lakmal is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers. Currently, Lakmal is responsible for BAS return preparation and review of monthly accounts for our clients.

Malmi
Malmi has been working in the BPO sector in Sri Lanka for a number of years. She has an MBA and bachelor’s degree in economics and finance. Malmi is experienced in all areas of bookkeeping and she is a Xero advisor. Malmi is currently servicing clients from health, retail and professional services industries.

Madushika holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is part qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sri Lanka. She has worked with KPMG and has years of experience in the BPO sector in Sri Lanka working with clients from Australia. Madushika is currently looking after the finance functions for one of our larger clients.
